SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer worldwide shipping but want to clarify that the receipt of an order confirmation doesn't signify our immediate acceptance of your order, nor does it confirm our offer to sell the requested items. All prices are listed in USD and include GST, with the possibility of price changes without prior notice. Once orders are placed, we cannot make modifications to them, and we maintain the right to adjust product and freight costs on our website at any time.
DELIVERY
Our aim is to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it, provided the goods are in stock. Domestic orders are shipped via Japan Post service, and delivery times can vary between 1 and 5 business days depending on your location. International orders will be shipped via Japan Post and may take between 1 and 8 business days from the date of delivery pick-up, subject to the recipient's responsibility for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. It's worth noting that we are committed to re-delivering, replacing, or refunding items (as per your choice) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. However, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or insufficient addresses. Additionally, until the customer has paid in full, we retain ownership of the items; they are at your risk once they leave our premises for delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Lina Bada, we take great care to inspect each item before shipment to ensure that your order is in perfect condition when it leaves our warehouse. Our returns and exchange policy is exclusively applicable to products purchased from the Lina Bada online store. To be eligible for a replacement, it's essential to immediately inspect your purchase upon receipt and notify us of any damages within 72 hours. We reserve the right to provide a credit voucher in place of a replacement, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning any item in its original condition. For your protection, we strongly advise all customers returning items to use a recorded or registered delivery service since we cannot be held responsible for items that may be lost or damaged in transit.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
We accept credit card payments and Apple Pay for your convenience. Your payment details, whether through credit cards or Apple Pay, are processed securely with advanced encryption methods. All orders are charged in USD. Importantly, no credit card data is stored on our website. Please be aware that goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
LIABILITY
Regarding liability, it's important to note that Lina Bada shall not be held liable to the Customer or any other individual for any loss or damage directly or indirectly related to the Products. This exclusion is subject to any limitation or exclusion of liability expressly imposed by statute.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Before lighting a candle, we strongly advise you to follow these basic safety instructions: place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from draught and curtains, keep it out of reach of children and pets, trim the black end of the wick before each use, do not move it once lit, never leave your burning candle unattended, and be cautious as the glass may become very hot.
